The fiber cutter “tOOchop® Preform” has been designed for mechanised preform/spray-up of glass- or carbon fiber. The design is based upon tOOchop® Technology. Its cutting length is 9mm, and longer in steps of 9mm. Its housing is completely closed, and flushed with an external ventilator or air mover. The life of wearing parts is more than 30mT of glass. Maximum capacity 400kg/h at feeding three strands of 4800tex.
The fiber cutter “Chopcot® Preform” has been designed also for mechanised preform/spray-up of glass- or carbon fiber. The design is based upon Chopcot® Technology. Its cutting length is 10mm, and longer in steps of 5mm. The life of wearing parts is more than 10mT of glass. Maximum capacity 150kg/h at feeding three strands of 2400tex.
